We’re Growing, Performing, and Making Some Noise!
MNprov Live! The First Professional Neurodivergent Improv Troupe
We launched MNprov Live! to provide paid performance opportunities for neurodivergent adults while giving audiences a hilarious, unforgettable experience. Our performers rehearse weekly, honing their skills in character work, scene-building, and comedic timing.
We’re making headlines! Watch MNprov Live! on Fox9 in March!
Premier Performances: April 22 & 23, 2025 at The Hive
MNprov Live! isn’t just a one-time event – it’s a long-term professional troupe. Our goal is to continue booking public performances and private events to provide sustainable, paid opportunities for our performers while sharing the power of improv with the community.
MNprov FrieNDs: Building Confidence & Connection for Teens
Our free, 10-week improv program for neurodivergent teens launched in February at Youth Performance Company. More than just comedy, it’s about self-expression, flexibility, and making connections in a supportive environment.
Structured exercises help teens feel comfortable stepping outside their comfort zones.
Limited to 12 participants per session for a personalized experience.

In-School Improv Workshops
We’re bringing improv to classrooms at Mahtomedi High School, Prior Lake, Next Steps Transition, STAARS/Hastings, and more.
MNprov Mixers
Our free, weekly improv workshops for neurodivergent adults are stronger than ever, with both in-person and virtual (Zoom) sessions providing a space to connect, play, and grow.
Corporate Workshops That Give Back
More businesses are discovering the power of improv for team-building, and fully 30% of all corporate workshop fees go directly toward funding our free programs like MNprov Mixers and MNprov FrieNDs.
By the Numbers (in 2024 alone):
172 neurodivergent youth & young adults served through in-school improv workshops
280 youth & adults reached through community workshops, including partnerships with Highland Friendship Club, Vail Place, and Unlabeled Theatre Co.
82 neurodivergent adults participated in MNprov Mixers (in-person & virtual)
54 professionals trained through corporate and educator workshops
