Yes, And…Dice!

Building confidence and connection one adventure at a time.

YES! We are excited about a new MNprov program, and…we need your input. Beginning in January, Yes, And…Dice will harness the power of play through tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs)—a blend of “choose-your-own-adventure” and improv theater. Using Critical Core, a TTRPG designed for neurodivergent players, groups will build social confidence, emotional resilience, and communication skills while having fun.

Facilitated by Riley Graygrove (P-RDT), a trained therapeutic game master, this program creates a supportive, affirmative space for growth. Please take a moment to share your input so we can tailor this program to our community’s needs.

Now is a Great Time for a MNprov Corporate Workshop

In September, MNprov helped both the MPR sales team and North Dakota Child Support Services use improv to think faster, listen better, and collaborate more meaningfully — all while laughing together.

MNprov’s workshops are interactive, energizing, and designed to spark new ways of thinking. And… 30% of every corporate workshop fee goes directly toward funding MNprov’s free community improv programs for neurodivergent youth and adults — helping build creativity, confidence and connection where it’s most needed.

Your team grows. Our community grows. Everybody wins.
